Unopened specimens can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The seal must be intact and the bottle in its original packaging.

Opened a bottle?
We can't resell opened juice, so opened full-size bottles aren't eligible for return. This is exactly why we offer 3ml discovery samples: try one before you commit to a full size.
How to start a return
Email the lab at kw.perfumelab@gmail.com with your order number, or use the contact form. We'll arrange pickup within Kuwait.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the specimen, your refund is issued within 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, so we will ask you for account details once the return is approved.
Damaged in transit
If your specimen arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it immediately at no cost.
